Our different line of businesses are vast and that is why we have a group called amuGOLD GROUP. We have amuGOLD COSMETICS(an ultra modern Shea butter processing and packaging plant) with the brand JIMPO ORI, our amuGOLD FOODs is another line that features our modernised pepper processing and packaging business, producing what we call ATA-LILO.

To be specific on JIMPO ORI, since this is a fashion and beauty forum. Jimpo Shea Butter is a modern approach to producing Shea Butter in a way that every lady, mother and even guyz will appreciate.  Our Jimpo Ori basically produced from 100% African Shea butter, while our Shea Butter is self-produced(not adulterated) under an hygienic condition with the support of the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Our business is producing ORI we dont buy ORI for resale.  We are trying to prevent impurities from the local Shea butters and reduce the rancid odour caused by impurities present in the local Shea butter. How long have to you been in Business?

We have been in business since 2 years, but we started our Jimpo Ori late 2013 and released our first oduct to the market on 4th of April 2014, barely 3 month.

How has it been so far, especially with the fact that you just released Jimpo Oil to the Market?

Actually, It has not been rosy, its been so challenging, especially the production process itself.  But we have been getting very good responses from the market which is relatively encouraging.  Our unique natual formular has given us an edge ahead of the foreseen competition.  We are preserving against all odd and we are penetrating the market as much as we can.

How Confident are you about growth prospects going forward, in Nigeria?

 Our confidence is in PRAYER and universality.  As am chatting with you, we have designed a strategy that will sustain us in the market for the next 10years.  We have the believe that competition will rise up as soon as the product flood the market.  Hence, we are standing on our strength which is "UPRIGHT CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION" to grow. Aside that, the major prospect we have is the perpetuity of the population of maternity and nursing mothers.  That is why we designed a product for babies and for preventing stretch marks in pregnancy.

Another factor that guarantees our growth is the believe that several skin care product brand are in market and they're all surviving the competition because of the increasing desire of consumers for beauty and fashion. As long as we don't stop our research and as lonf as the demand for beauty and fashion don't stopp, we are very confident of s growth prospect.

What are some of the risks to growth that worry you?

Imitation, Piracy and Adulterated of the products....Aside that we believe GOD will see us through.

Apart from Ilorin, Kwara State, Where else is your presence in Nigeria?

We now have presence in Lagos, Ekiti, Kogi, Abuja, Osun and Ogun State.  We are highly mobile, so we are still penetrating other States as soon as we are getting faithful distributors to sell for us.
